Community Announcements

Your 2025 WRHOA Fee Invoice was sent out by Canada Post the week of December 16th, 2024 with a reminder sent out April 8th, 2025.  The deadline for payment of March 31, 2025, has passed and interest now accrues, compounded monthly, as set out in the Encumbrance registered on all WRHOA properties. Unless payment is received and processed by Ayre & Oxford Inc.’s office by April 30, 2025, enforcement action will commence on May 1, 2025, with Field Law. Property owners are legally responsible for all legal fees and costs incurred.

Payment can be made by cheque or money order payable to WRHOA, care of Ayre & Oxford Inc. at #501, 4730 Gateway Blvd NW, Edmonton AB  T6H 4P1, or through the online RentCafe/CondoCafe portal.  We do not accept eTransfers or automatic withdrawals from bank accounts or credit cards.  Please be sure to include your account number or the address you are paying for.

If you require assistance being registered or  logging into RentCafe/CondoCafe or have any questions, please email Agnes@ayreoxford.com & be sure to include your account number or address you are paying for, along with your preferred email address.

RentCafe/CondoCafe will also be used for communications & announcements for your community.

Winter Planter Decorations Now on Display!

We’re excited to announce that the planters throughout our community have been beautifully decorated for the winter season! ❄️🌿

Our seasonal decorations add a festive touch to the neighborhood, spreading holiday cheer and brightening up the winter days. Be sure to take a stroll through the area and enjoy the cozy, wintery vibe created by these charming displays.

New Management Company for the HOA:

Whitemud Ridge Homeowners Association has transitioned to Ayre & Oxford Inc., on September 1, 2024. A registration form was sent in the mail in August 2024. Please complete & send it to agnes@ayreoxford.com or mail it to the address on the form. After the form has been completed & submitted, you will receive an invitation to CondoCafe/RentCafe portal. This portal will be used for paying fees and communications between the HOA & residents going forward. Please do not try & log in on your own, as it will not work. A&O Office Relocation Notice

Wetland Bridges and Viewing Deck - CLOSED

The bridges in the man-made wetlands and pond area, as well as the viewing deck on the natural pond area, are closed at this time due to concerns over their structural integrity. They will remain closed until further notice.

2025 Landscaping

2025 Landscaping - during 2025, your HOA is maintaining the flower beds at the entrances along the 23 Ave and Rabbit Hill Rd. We are also maintaining planters at the entrances to the park.

Bridges and Other Structures

WRHOA has given the required 12-month notice to the City of Edmonton to terminate the Maintenance Agreement regarding the bridges and other Enhanced Improvements. Notice was delivered on July 4, 2024. Maintenance of those structures will return to the City of Edmonton starting July 4, 2025.
