Membership Fees
Every homeowner is assessed a mandatory yearly fee which supports the work by the Homeowners Association (HOA). Those funds are used for improving the aesthetic appearance of the neighborhood.
Fees are based on the upcoming year’s budget along with the proposed activities. The budget, activities and fee is presented each year at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Invoices are mailed out at the beginning of each calendar year, and include instructions on how to make the payment through Rent Café and the deadline to pay on time. If you have not registered for Rent Café, please complete this form and send it to agnes@ayreoxford.com or mail it to the address on the form.
What are Fees Used For?
The annual fee is used on activities and projects that improve the aesthetic appearance of the neighborhood. Fees go towards various landscaping activities and fence repairs along high visibility areas, as well as the administration and operation of the association. Details of those activities along with a budget for the following year is presented at the AGM. You can also find the budget in Rent Café.

Membership and Fee Payments
As a property owner in Whitemud Ridge you are automatically a member of the Whitemud Ridge Homeowners Association (WRHOA) by order of an encumbrance registered on your title. Every homeowner is assessed a mandatory yearly fee which supports the work by the WRHOA.
Delayed payments are not fair to the vast majority of homeowners who pay on time and wastes additional time and effort to collect. The WRHOA will take suitable measures to collect any overdue payments including, but not limited to, referring to a collection agency and legal avenues. Any additional costs incurred may be billed to homeowners in alignment with the encumbrance.
